The past few weeks, well I can say months, have been hard for EA Poe. He was found by animal control officers on the day before Halloween. His eye was injured and he was rushed to the emergency vet where he received antibiotics. He was then transferred to the shelter where he continued to receive treatment for his eye. Unfortunately, it didn't get any better there. We rescued him in the first week of November and immediately got him to our eye surgeon. She was hopeful that we could save his eye
