Do you freeze your grains before storing? I didn't do this at first, but just a small bit of research once I began building our 3-6 month food supply in our pantry...and well, now I freeze it all before putting it away in the pantry. This will kill any eggs that bugs have laid in the products. Which is gross, but it's a thing. 😮 I freeze, flour, oats, rice, and pastas for 72 hours or even longer, let thaw and dry at room temp for a few days, and then it's time to store them away! 👍🏻 . . . . .

Who wants a cabbage roll? 🙋🏻‍♀️🥬 Recipe: For 6 rolls: Ingredients 6 cabbage leaves 200g mince finely chopped onion 1/3 tsp salt 1/3 tsp pepper 3 tbsps UMAMI Sauce 3 tbsps ketchup Method Peel off the cabbage leaves and boil them one by one. (Alternatively they can be softened in the microwave). Allow to cool. Mix the minced beef, minced onions, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Wrap the meat from the bottom of the cabbage leaf and wrap a piece of bacon on the outside. Secure the cabbage roll
