Happy Turtle Tuesday from our Eastern box turtles, Daisy and Victor! 🐢🤍 Despite having small home ranges, Eastern box turtles are incredibly active relative to their size: travelling up to 50 meters daily, depending on temperature, precipitation, time of day, and season. Even in unfamiliar territories, these turtles manage to find their way home.
