Sanding and prepping properly is the way to go if you want it done right, but I’m pretty happy with the cost and amount of time I spent on this project and how well it held up. No regrets, I knew the probability of peeling was high, so I was pleasantly surprised with the abuse it took last summer and how well it still looks. Especially since it needed at least 3 coats to properly cover and I didn’t do that last year. The black on the railings has held up perfectly, no issues there. 😀 #deck #sta
