Tonight I had escargot for dinner at 1am and I’m so happy about it 🥹 I finally found fresh escargot that didn’t have butter already stuffed in the shell! Escargot are snails that are so delicious. The dish is best known for the garlicky herb butter! I got to experience the whole process- starting out with the simmering.I do experiment a lot but this was one of those ingredients that I followed every cooking direction to the T. I simmered the snails for 30 minutes with seasonings then let them c
