The guide system on your horse isn’t anything it’s everything. For a horse to guide correctly they must pick their shoulders up moving them with their nose and pushing from behind. Horses learn good or bad through repetition. I look first then pick up….. try pointing where you want your horse to go. This is followed with my seat and legs encouraging forward movement. A horse must be soft and respecting my commands. To pick the shoulders up you must reach your hand towards their ears lifting not
