Stanford type B aortic dissection, originating from the height of the left CCA and involving a short segment of the left SA. The celiac trunk and the left RA are supplied by the false lumen and the origins of the CHA (arises separately from the celiac trunk) and SMA lie on the border between true and false lumina.

This is a typical case of an aortic dissection seen as separation of the aortic intima and media creating a false lumen on the proximal segment of the descending aorta. The above case falls under Stanford classification type B / DeBakey classification type III.
