I found the similar post: Webcam driver completely removed since last update 2020 in MSI laptop - Microsoft Community. Which says If I reset EC that will fix the problem but this isn't fixing.

No longer than a week ago I bought an MSI gaming laptop and either the windows or ctrl key gets virtually stuck at random occurrences. I find it usually happens after unlocking Windows 11. I tried fiddling around with sticky keys however that didn't do anything.

2022年11月22日 · It's as if the Win11 keyboard shortcuts took over: but not all of them! the window key doesn't work at all so none of the shortcuts with it. The only ones that work are copy-cut-paste, and FN+left/right+. I uninstalled the keyboard driver and updated but every time they start working again then they go back to the ones from windows 11.

(Also, the path you indicated did not conform to what I saw, but I did find the Device Manager and then uninstalled the keyboard, restarted the computer, and to be doubly sure, updated the driver. The feedback was that the best driver for the keyboard is installed.) What to do?

Since I've had it, I've never been able to use the volume/mic/brightness/etc control buttons at the top, and I don't know why. I assumed it would go away with an update, but it hasn't. I've made sure it's updated, and I've checked the settings.
