Perhaps the tenderizer is used as a sort of curing agent? John's Beef Jerky Recipe For ten pounds of ¼" sliced beef. Use London broil, top round, or flank steak. Must be lean.

2018年5月24日 · I also use Prague Powder #1 in the same amount, in Ground Beef Jerky, but with GB, liquid is kept to a very minimal amount, and mostly dry ingredients are used. Except for Soy Sauce and Worcester sauce. Which both are high sodium items. I blend the dry ingredients well in a bowl, then spread and mix into the GB.
