2024年3月28日 · When I attempt to log in to airbnb on the computer, I am told the only way I can log in is by receiving a code via text on my phone. Obviously, that will not help me. On this support site, I was able to get the code via phone call, which I was able to get without seeing the phone screen, but I cannot access my reservation from here.

2018年11月7日 · I finally found it by clicking on my profile then on the left, one of the choices is 'switch to hosting '. I had been looking around for somewhere to go using Airbnb lodging, so that switched me over to 'traveling ' so going back to my profile i found 'switch to hosting '.

2017年11月28日 · @Ken7 No, Airbnb does not provide a log of changes to a listing to hosts. But, that said, Airbnb can see how a listing has been changed. Unless it is urgent and involves a guest reservation, you might have a long wait to get an answer. Sounds like you need to have tighter control over who has the ability to make changes on a listing!

2018年7月1日 · I have emailed/chatted support with no response. so i am going to see if i can get more info. when i log into my account, i go to Company Travel --> i have 2 options there, manage my bookings or book for someone else. I do not get a dashboard, I can not see the airbnb i booked last week for an employee, i cannot access invoice, etc...

2019年7月29日 · Under "account support" (section "notifications") normally a verified emailladdress is ticked by default (and it can not even be un-ticked by the user). Maybe try to remove all Airbnb cookies and cache and login on Airbnb.com (instead of the New Zealand URL). Best regards, Emiel

2016年1月27日 · 1) The AirBnb help forum says that to remove this log in system, you need to log out and then go through the "forgot password" chain and then the issue would be resolved. However, sitting here on my work computer I don't even see that option. The only option I am given is to sign in through facebook. No forgot password link.
