2023年3月4日 · I know the answer. The taste is seasoned raw crab. What amazes me is the spicy version of the raw crab. My hmart leaves it out all day packed, not refrigerated, ready to eat. I've never gotten sick. I go to an expensive restaurant, see one weird looking raw oyster, I won't eat it.
