2016年9月28日 · BUT halberd is 1d10s reach heavy and whip is 1d4s reach finesse. So, obviously reach is worth an even lower damage dip. I'd say drop the Reach and use a 1d6 finesse slashing weapon that the player treats like a small halberd. Or give him a magic halberd after level 5 with the property "USES DEXTERITY FOR DAMAGE ROLLS."

2021年10月5日 · Why is a halberd a heavy weapon and a battle axe not? I’m assuming a hand ace is the single, simpler bladed axe and the battle axe is the double bladed version popular in media. Halberds are very long, sure, but they don’t look like they would be heavy. Couldn’t there just be a shorter version for small races?
